The only thing I can see is a sign saying victoria mill.
I take it that this is an old mill that has been refurbed. It is very well kept, not a weed in sight. Surprised you can get so close to it to for pics.
The whole area is known as the Weavers triangle in Burnley , approx 20yrs ago lottery fund gifted £300k to start refurb off with a small hotel development on the canalside , it was started then the developer went bust but had already had the money  another 7/8 yrs left derelict until the council purchased & created a learning centre / college along with a few offices & a car park .
This closed 3-4 yrs later & now there are a glut of well preserved buildings in a prime location just stood empty barring a few small business offices .
Down the line i can see it becoming housing of some sort with maybe a few bars / shops but no sign of it happening , so for now it makes a ideal backdrop for car pics :)

Thanks for that. It does look a nice place. One of the pics looks like it might have been a row of houses for whoever worked in the mill.

Yea most probably were weavers cottages at one point , the back side of them overlook the canalside & it was this part that should have been the hotel rooms . Pic here shows the opposite side https://www.instagram.com/p/Bjb6R2alCa6/

Two absolutely stunning cars. Timeless design. I’m sure the same applies to the owners too.

Some great photos there.

The cars don't look too bad either!

To be honest I've always liked 911s - nothing else sounds quite like one. Good ones have never quite been in budget though. :(
Coupes because stunning!

I’ve allways fancied a 911 the model up to 88/89 but now I quite fancy the model after that which came with plastic bumpers that didn’t go down well at the time,it would be the targa model think it has a 3.6 motor been looking but would have to get 25 k for my low mileage m coupe in IMola red before I could get one

What's the servicing costs on those bad boys? That's what put me off the Porsche in the first place, and pushed me to the Zed.

Obviously servicing & parts is more expensive than any of the E89 models but id say over a 4-6 yr ownership of 40k it would be less than running a S54 ZM if comparing service regime & costings

Below would be typical of any gen1 997 3.6 or 3.8

Oil & filter service around £180 (indy) which would be every 2 yrs or 20k ( id always go for yearly changes or every 7k/8k)
Bigger service with air filter & plugs £400ish (spark plugs recommended every 4 yrs or 60k )

Every 4 yrs a belt service is required ( not cambelt ) its the serpentine belt external of the engine around the pulleys & typically around £75/£100 (indy)

other routine stuff
front discs & pads £350ish ?
rear discs & pads £300ish
brake fluid £65

also known for needing attention every 4-6yrs (dependent a lot on mileage & cars actual use in all weathers ) are the front condensers for air con , typical budget for that would be £400ish , you can extend the life of these by routinely freeing them of any leaves & also fitting grills to prevent stone damage

tyres are a biggy though  eg the C4 runs 305-30-19 rears / 235-35-19 fronts , PS4S in those numbers are £800 a set though Vred Vorti R would be half that but not N rated which mean officially Porsche approved .
A Carrera 2 would run 265-30-19 rears so marginally less
