Unless you're looking at a CSL then no M3 had the official CSL's as standard. The E46 CS and the E92 Comp had very similar/exact same style of wheels. A new set of CSL's will set you back between £1500-£1800....used ones bizarrely go for not a lot less

E92 Competition wheels are the same style but I believe are a bit wider. Front offset 31, 245 wide - rear 25, 265 wide with stock tyres
E46 CSL - Front 47 at 225, rear 26 at 255 with stock tyres..
So the rears should fit, but the fronts will be tight, maybe with a bit of negative camber?
To answer the question, probably shy of 2k..
