Is that a Z3 M or as in your signature, a 2.2 but with roadstar wheels and M side gills/spoiler etc? They look a very pretty threesome next to each other.

If you let the 2.8 go, let me know as I’m in the market for one of those

It’s a Z3M the 2.2 was my old sport.

Owners tip - you can easily replace the faded plastic chrome infill in the windscreen rubber. It makes a huge difference to the look of the car.

It's ok, an E30 will reward your investment with years of pleaseure. Don't forget brakes, gearbox mounts, rear light gaskets, glove box lock, instrument panel batteries etc.

Yip there not cheap to keep them up to scratch. All old cars are the same. On the plus side most parts still available from dealers. I’m currently building a MK1 Astra Gte & there’s nothing available anywhere :headbang:

Long time since I've updated on here. The E30 has had a lot of attention laid on it during the past 3 months
Full suspension refresh, waterpump, cambelt, fuel lines, fuel tank, head bolts, bushes etc etc etc. It's true what they say about older cars!

Still have a few things to sort including reproofing the folding top and changing a few rubber gaskets, but she's 95% there and am really looking forward the springtime.

Anyway, a few pics for those that are interested in old E30s....
