Just driving home through Harlow and some chap in his Bugatti Chiron passes the other way (number plate CH12 RON). Amazing looking car, but to think I would be petrified of other road users driving a £3m hypercar during rush hour. The missus couldn't believe it when I told her it cost £21k for an oil service...

They sound phenomenal in the flesh too.
One passed me in Germany on the way to Hamburg recently.
Had the roof down and I think he dropped a couple of gears for my/his benefit as he blasted past.

Well, for a brief moment I felt smug in that I was enjoying the fresh air on a glorious day while he was cooped up in his Chiron.
And then I realised that if he could afford a Chiron he probably had a Gallardo Spyder, or two, for sunny days parked up in his garage which also contains a various assortment of other exotica as well as some classic arcade games, a cabinet full of Mille Miglia, Tour de Corsa, Le Mans privateer trophies, a Patek Phillipe watch cabinet where he could choose a suitable watch depending on whichever classy motor he chose to drive that day, a picture of his trophy wife/dog/kids/mistress, a wine chiller containing only bottles of Krug, a picture of his dear old grandma, behind which a secret button which when depressed, leads to a hidden mancave containing various pornographic acutrements and materials and being a German chap would probably look something like this.... I'm not jealous or bitter at all

I read somewhere that the 'average wealth' of a Bugatti owner is over £186m....

Yep, that's the one I saw....suprisingly smaller in the metal than I thought it would be. Is that the owner in the background?

I used to have exotica parked on my drive at smartbear towers, in the end you get fed up with endless people walking up to have a look round it-it’s not all it’s cracked up to beChris_D wrote: ↑Thu Aug 16, 2018 11:12 pmWell, for a brief moment I felt smug in that I was enjoying the fresh air on a glorious day while he was cooped up in his Chiron.
