I was on a similar mission earlier this year for elderly parent with wheelchair/walker/Zimmer duties, and ended up with an E91 325i (330is were just too expensive, and I've got a 3 litre N52 in my Z4 anyway).
But I might have been tempted to blow the budget for one like this, until I read the bit about revving to 9,200 rpm! I can't see that as a recipe for longevity!

It’s probably a typo as quite a few remaps raise the rev limit to 8200rpm. 9200 would be amazing if it could be made to last
