Nice ! What products are you using ?
This is actually the end of a bottle of ArmorAll Shield which I’m trying to use up on the second car before switching to Sonax BSD. Really like the results and how easy it is to use. The Sonax seems like a newer generation of the same kind of product and it apparently a bit glossier and not quite as “sticky” between rinses. It’s been clayed (with Bilt Hamber Auto Clay) - probably for the first time in its life - and I took some of the more visible scratches out with some SRP before using the sealant.

It wasn’t a total horror show until I did a final pass over the very lowest part of the side skirts, but still - urgh!

Wow ! That is some mucky claybar :o I've been using Sonax BSD for a couple of years and wouldn't use anything else now. Currently using it over SOFT99 Fusso Coat Dark...insane beading !

I treated our Jaguar XF to a 4 stage paint correction and ceramic coating at a Detailer near Dewsbury. As you can see he did a great job.

Did you have to provide the rain yourself on the Riviera? Fake beading from a rain free zone? Space Grey is a great colour on these cars.

4 stage paint correction....2 cutting, 1 refine, 1 jeweling? You must have spent a fortune on the XF... even a Jim’s white detail only goes to a 3 stage.

Even I’m enjoying the beading these morning temperatures afford - no detailing required

Roof washed, scrubbed and new coat of Fabsil applied. Much better than the AutoGlym stuff and Fabsil you get more for less!
