Recommendations for snow foam lance and snow compatible with Karcher K2

In my opinion and experience snow foaming isn't a must have. The theory is sound but in reality if your into your car and detailing, it won't get dirty enough for it to make a difference if your jet washing your car first anyway.

I'm very glad I didn't spend £40+ on one, got a cheap one of Amazon for £15.00 and it works just fine and the Bilt hamber foam I use doesn't foam up that much anyway.

Benefits - it allows you to get the foam in the wheel wells and it looks great lol

My plan is to use it instead of a wash bucket. Going to add some soap to the mix of foam for extra lubrication and spray car.

Then have a bucket of plain water for rinsing with 2 mitts to wash the car with, 1 for the top and bonnet and one for the sides and bottom.

i use it just for piece of mind for the customers paintwork..... i also use the foam lance to apply liquid wax's, and other chemicals, its definitely one of my go to pieces of kit.

I have got a Autobrite Heavy Duty Snow Foam Lance with Magifoam. I have to agree with some of the comments that I got the feeling of having almost too clean a car to use it sometimes. I couldn't really tell much of a difference. The pressure wash by itself really does help to loosen some dirt.

I went for the AB Foam gun and AB Magifoam, The dilution ratio is a bit wishy wash eg 'pour 1 - 2" in the bottom of your bottle and fill up' Give me some numbers like 1:4 or something. Or even do the math for me 200ml foam to 500ml water for a whole car.

I only get it out on special occasions or if the car is filthy, there is no point IMO for light dirt, just spray and wash with a good quality car wash.
