Z4C - Hairdresser's Car?

Post by BeeEmm » Mon Aug 20, 2018 5:07 pm

I decided to wash the car yesterday and when finished, I analysed what I had done. 'Washing the car' entails washing with a mild ph neutral shampoo, blowing dry with a blaster warm air dryer, 'feeding' the rubber trim with an expensive seal feed. I then had something for the weekend (older members will know what I mean).

Wash and shampoo
Blow dry
Trim
Something for the weekend Sir?

Hairdresser's car? No way it is a very Masculine Coupé, isn't it?
I used to have two boys and a girl. Now I have two Men and a Woman. :?

Z4C - Hairdresser's Car?

That reminds me of when I got that comment when I first bought an E86.

I was semi-retired but working part-time in a self-storage warehouse. We had a guy that ran a removal company who rented an office from us, and it was him that said it.

I said I thought of it as a sports car, and he disagreed. He was going to buy a sportscar so I asked which one. A convertible automatic 911 apparently - F**k me, how hairdresser can you get? :headbang: Mind you that was another of the things he was going to do, but never did!

Anyway yours looks great OP, and who really cars what other people think - so long as you enjoy it!

I think it 100% true!

Every woman I had in my old Z4 vert definitely needed a hairdresser after I finished with them...

This was meant as a bit of humour for what I did to the car when I washed it.

Wash and shampoo
Blow dry
Trim
Something for the weekend Sir?

Nobody has said to me that it is a hairdresser's car and I don't think of it as such. It is as masculine as a TR6 or a 2008 Audi R8. Oh no, what have I said!

Oops, go back to edit and remove the Audi bit!

I use this machine. It blows water from all 'nooks and crannies' and is a breeze (literally) when drying wheels. https://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/metrova ... ce-blaster
