What do you do when sat in French traffic waiting for your stint of driving? Yep spend a load of money on detailing goodies that I didn’t know I needed.
I got a few bits but was wondering if anyone has ever used Swissvax Blau Weiss bmw wax and if so what your thoughts are?
It claims to be designed specifically for bmw paint so I’m hoping it will be pretty good and not just clever marketing.
If the weather is cheerful next weekend I’m going to put it over some Gtechniq P1 and see how it goes on. Although £130 a pot it works out the same as their other waxes as they are around £50 for 50ml.

Will be interesting to read you review. Been toying with the idea of an expensive wax but need to feel it'll give me something tangibly different over a £20 one

It’s the most I’ll have ever shelled out on wax and wouldn’t normally but I have had the same pot of autoglym hd for a couple of years now and as I was leaning down to do the skirt the wax fell out of the pot onto Tarmac thought I’d take the opportunity to try something a bit nicer

If you read the feedback on detailing world, waxs look better on dark paint and sealants look better on light coloured paint.
I have used Swissvax and it's good stuff. Gives a nice deep wet look on dark paint. but dosent last any longer than cheaper waxs. So for a daily car I'd always use a synthetic sealant as they are easier to apply and last longer.
