Hiya peeps, Might have to pull out of this , was going out today for Dinner B&B, with Julie, at 80 Mph overtaking, loud rumble, Engine lights comes on and stays on, Rumble through all gears, Yep I am sure blown cylinders at least Two, So engine rebuild required Iam
thinking ,in other car got to the inn lol,,,if any one knows a good mechanic/ builder of engines lol pm me thanks and happy to all, lol

Very unusual to damage an m54 engine, do you know the condition of the disa valve as worn ones have been known to get ingested by the engine?
I’d get a compression test carried out before opening the engine up.

Unfortunately eating the disa valve usually ends badly for the engine!

Yeah Rob, when it Suddenly Happened , I fear if the Disa went on me , bits may have gone into the Engine, it will not be good , still that's Motoring I will get it sorted, its just time now
