Right Guys & Girls, to say this has been fun organising is an understatement, but as much as I am struggling to get tickets on sale online Beauleiu seem to be struggling. They have therefore opened up an telephone order line.

****I have noticed there is a £1 surcharge for this. So please kick up a fuss when ordering as it isn't possible to order online so don't see why you should pay this.****

Beaulieu have confirmed they will not charge the £1 handling fee, please make sure you point this out if they try to charge.

Unfortunately they do not want beetle drivers and other makes/models of cars in the parade ground so if you don't have a Z4 you will either have to get a passenger ride or pay full price and park with the minions.

Once you have bought your tickets can you let me know on the thread so that I can update the list of who's going.

I checked with them today and they are waving the fee due to not being able to purchase online.
