Thanks Fred.
I'm progressing alot faster than anticipated.
Can take a full deep breath now with only slight irritation. Doing 4 laps walking around the block. Still get out of breath but feel well enough to return to work 8th March. Need to be out doing stuff do may as well go to work, sitting indoors all day isn't doing me much good.
No doubt a meet is due before Ace providing the data is heading in the right direction.
