Re: Monkey exhaust tips
Hi Chris
I have updated the first post. There is a huge variety in the exhausts your correct. I am trying to get all the dimensions i need.
The tips are made to fit your car year and engine size they are then held in place with a M5 bolt and a locking nut.

Are Luke's welded on rather than fitting "over" the original pipes?
Just a bit worried that the old pipes will be really visible with the large diameter tips?
Anybody got the larger tips on a non M?

Re: Monkey exhaust tips
Chris yes Luke's are welded on If you can get to Ox28 i can weld them on for you.
It was only Luke and Marius who had the bigger tips. Its not that much bigger. I could also make them longer and you could cut some of your exhaust down. But that's something most people would want to avoid.
Where are you based in the country? I am guessing Wales? I head to south Wales a bit to see family. Maybe we could meet and you could see for yourself??
See you and Rob soon Inkey

Re: Monkey exhaust tips
Here are mine. They are brushed; basically the same as Swiftly's so I've added some pics of alternative angles.
Really pleased - had some good comments about them from mates and strangers. Apart from looking good, they are really easy to clean.

Thanks for the offer Matt thats's really kind of you. To be honest i think i would prefer to avoid cutting the exhaust down or welding it unless really needed.Machine monkey wrote:Chris yes Luke's are welded on If you can get to Ox28 i can weld them on for you.

I am really interested in one for mine, but mine is a 2.0 facelift so has the single oval. Is it possible to do?

Really like the "fuller" look that Marius has.
Do you know if bolting them on was straight forward?
