You've got one - it's just not activated until you pay your subscription.

A lot of insurance companies will ask if you have one fitted - but none so far have asked me if it is activated (which it is) - and it doesn't seem to make the premium any cheaper as the ones who 'demand' it are more expensive in the first place anyway :headbang:

I activated my tracker for the first year I had my car - cost £150 (per year) with £30 admin charge - swift gave me a £130 discount for having the tracker enabled.

Needless to say I didn't renew my tracker subscription the follow year.

You do realise the Tracker is designed to retrieve your car if/when it's stolen and not to make your insurance cheaper... :poke: :D

I for one, have it now and will be having it in the future. It's a brilliant piece of technology. 8)

And I just got quoted £1500 by Swiftcover.... the wonders of living in London! :headbang:

Would you want your car back?

I bought Tracker with lifetime subscription for both the X5 and the M, £300 each which brakes even after 3 years. Both cars are older than that so I am on a winner :)

Interesting enough, in NL a tracker is part of the MOT testing but over here I have no idea if my tracker works or not ....
Current:
911-50 Black - unique spec
X5M - 575 hp of fun in a V8
Abarth 595 Comp.
Golf Clipper - collectors item
Z4 3.0si Black Sapphire
VW ID.3

Previous:
Z4M Silver Grey - non flimper spec (gone to Bing)
Z4 3.0 Toledo

I know you are disappointed that you did not upgrade to an M, but this is going too far :D
