my unit is only 700 Sq FT!! but thats all i need..... GL right back!!
Cheers m8. I went for a council owned unit, as apart from being more secure, it cost around the same as a 550sqft one in the private sector.

If they are anything like my local councils, I just did a search for St Helens Council Estates Dept. They had a webpage with units to let. I was lucky with mine as they tend to go quickly, BUT the estates dept lettings guy had recently left, so there was nothing on the page. I ended up having to phone them about 10 times to get a response and a list emailed over, but at least "other" people couldn't see what was available, so I had a good choice.

Well I've just spent 10 minutes of my life cleaning up this thread... to those who caused the trouble and those who fired back..."thanks", I really didn't have anything else better to do with my day.

Keep it civil please

Secondary care is tough (actually, all healthcare is impossibly hard right now). This is going to be eeeeeeasy in comparison - hopefully less deaths and puddles of wee too.
