Went to hospital... The doctor said rest.....

Can't stop. Won't stop. Another big case study in the shop. Very very difficult car to wrap to a paint like standard. Literally stripped everything off I could.

You must listen to the Doc. Running a one-man business can be a huge mental strain. If you can't stop, at least slow down. Allow more time between jobs and put some 'chill' music on in the shop. Stop worrying about 'this and that', just worry about 'this' and f**k 'that'.

i hear you B, i hear you..... when im off work ill be focusing on rehabilitating myself and plan to take off a good 6-10 weeks. im a worka holic and i need to calm it down , im running down the job list ready for pure chill time.

yeah that was a tough day!!! but..... boy am i proud of myself for making it through and delivering for this customer, ive now got a week off before my first of two operations. first one isnt too bad, the second one.... is horrendous and comes with serious risks. the ball game has changed BUT.... the game plan is absolutely set.... im fighting and for ME, that looks like working and being as normal as possible.
