If you take your foot out of the roof you could sort both! I normally put my foot in my mouth as you can tell.

Firstly welcome to the forum - someone will be along soon to suggest you add some pictures of your Zed so try to do that soon. A lot of members move the roof motor to the boot because they often soaking wet and fail. If you search for roof motor moved you will find loads of info.

Another member might post or PM you the name of someone local who can help but have a go with the search.

Is the parcel shelf in the right position, have you checked the micro switch in the boot?

What happens when you press the button to drop the roof?
Does it unlatch from the top of the windscreen and do the windows drop? Has the button got a flashing red light?

Have you tried a boot or are you a shoe person  , as Russ has suggested, give us more info as to what's happening. There is a member who does the foot motor (sorry, couldn't help myself  ), he lives near Frimley. But more importantly....where's the photos of your car :poke: :)

Hi, these motors are prone to flooding so maybe wellington boots would be a good move?
