Help removing passenger seat 03 z4 * water damage*

Hello everyone i am new to this forum and could really use some help here i have a 2003 z4 that got water damage pretty bad on the passenger side corroding all motors i can only get to the front 2 bolts and cannot hand turn the shaft to move the seat forward i have tried everything i have found regarding manually powering the seats with a battery and hand turning the shaft so my question is when worst comes to worse and it has is it even possible to get this seat out? I need to not only replace the hole seat but get to wores under the carpet any help would be appreciated thanks!
