Z4 Transport Mode

My battery on my 08 Z4 has run low over the winter. I've charged it back up so that's alright now, but it's gone in to transport mode from the reading i've done online.
Does anyone have the software they can send me and point me in the right direction to get the correct cable to fix this?
Or does anyone know where i can get this done for free or cheaply please? Don't want to pay over the odds just to have the error deleted!
