I'm 5'9" also (although it has already become apparent that height doesn't seem to be the main issue). I can't believe that BMW allowed such an uncomfortable Seatbelt position? silly billies!

Guess i will have to look into a grommet of some sorts that will keep the seat belt in its 'lower' position!
