Been trying to upload an Avatar but when I cut/paste nothing shows in the square box, I know the size is 120x120
Where am I going wrong?

You need the file, you cannot copy and paste.
If this is stored on your hard drive then use the 'Upload from your machine:' function - browse to the file and then click submit.
If you're using a file on PhotoBucket enter the image URL, without [IMG] tags in 'Upload from a URL:' and click submit.
I'd use the local file option as it's easier.

If it's on Photobucket, you use the "Direct Link", second from the top in the block of links for the pic. I just changed my avatar to make sure.

I spotted the cat avatar right away on a different post, congrats, .... you are now Board Certified ...oops...I mean MS Certified.
