If you need the economy then the 3 series but the 4 is more of a purest car so it depends on the way the car is used, I have a Corsa to run round in so the zed is a weekend toy but if I needed a decent car to do more mileage then a 4 series vert would be my choice
yeah, good point on the 4 series, a bit more current all round I suppose, we don't need that amount of space which is why I initially (and still do really) want the Z4. I'll take a look at at the 2 series convertible too, so many options! (got to be rwd!).
The 4 series has the metal roof which does add some weight but makes it more secure and quieter with the roof up - would be my choice over 3 series.

2 series is a great car all round but too small for me.

Get the zed and just enjoy the time in a 2 seater roadster

This one has just dropped £1500 - great low mileage car IMHO

CAT C, I’d not be so keen unless I knew exactly what the damage was

Did not look that close - just a £1500 reduction, would leave well alone unless at £7.5k :headbang:

Cat C more hassle than its worth, you would need to know whats been repaired and who's repaired it.

Certain HPI check sites like Motor Check sometimes have the imagines on what the original damage was. CAT cars can be ok but as said above you would want as much information as possible!
