Post by Desmondoloan » Tue Jun 01, 2021 10:14 am

'Hi, l'm new to the group.
Trying to fit new handbrake shoes to my 2006 2.2ltr e85 and having great trouble fitting the brake shoe new spring on the handbrake actuator side. Any advice on the fitting procedure would be appreciated.

Thanks

I used a screwdriver to lever the spring up and needle nose pliers to push the top in. Plus lots of swearing.
