New z4 owner. few bumps and bruises to repair

Hello. Seems everyone drops in and says hi.. so Hi

Just picked up my z4. Wife's not happy but life is for living.

Need some help acquiring a few parts. Cosmetic stuff mainly.

Plastic seat belt guides seen to have been snapped off at some point.
Want to replace the drivers side window switches too as they're shot.

Any pointers on where to pick stuff up would be appreciated. Finding these 2 things particularly hard to find.

Here's to a nice summer with the roof down.
