Drive-off assistant fault

Hi.
I've got the amber brake light on my 2006 E85 2.5 sport dashboard, which according to the manual is the drive-off assistant not functioning.
There are no other lights on, just this one and I can't find any discussions on here which suggest possible fixes. I don't care if the DOA doesn't work but just want to get rid of the warning light.
Any ideas?
