Take bumper off and they are behind where fog lights sit

You can just about get to each horn (1 either side) through the lower access panel in the front wheel arches. If you reach inside you can get a 10mm spanner on the top nut holding each horn to its mounting bracket. It's awkward but I've managed it a couple of times
