Welcome Jonny , great choice in the Si coupe , plenty out there , try to drive a couple before buying as they don't all drive the same & curing one of wavering , uneasy steering at speeds can give you a hard time
Lots of info freely given here so just ask for info & post up links to possible cars if you need any pointers

Hi and welcome Jonny - a 3.0Si Coupe is a great choice (even if I may be biased).

If you haven't already, spend some time on here doing a bit of research as they came in both SE and Sport spec - Sport models came with M-Sport seats as standard, whereas they were a fairly rare option on SEs.

All Coupes have electric seats with memory settings on the driver side, but some of the spec is a bit miserly so bear that in mind if there are any features that are "must haves" for you.

Happy hunting!
Coupes because stunning!

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Other than it having a manual box I'm yet to nail down the spec I'd prefer. There does seem a big choice of cars out there but looks like very few are selling. Are they on the whole over-priced? You can be sure of photos as soon as I've got my chosen one tho!

Well Z4s don't seem to be selling that quickly but I think that applies to most cars at present, and the property market seems to be the same.

This thread might be of interest if you haven't found it already:- viewtopic.php?f=2&t=78216

Of the options offered I think Bi-Xenon headlights are the most useful, and possibly heated seats if you're going to use it all year round. The easiest one to retro-fit is Cruise Control as you can still buy the control stalk from BMW and forum member "srhutch" makes up the bit of wiring you need for a sensible price.
