And your car has a great spec. with the heated seats, cruise, SatNav, MFSW and rear parking sensors. You seem to have found a good one!
When you say M-Sport shift knob I guess you mean the ZHP one. I bought one for my car and it's much better than the standard one, largely because it is heavier. Just be careful where you get one from - I bought mine from a BMW dealer, but there are plenty for sale online that aren't genuine BMW ones and don't have the extra weight.
Good luck with your hunt for M-Sport seats - they are great, but that's probably why they are also expensive!
