Back in the fold

Post by winny » Wed Jan 16, 2019 10:40 pm

Hello! *waves*

Well I’m back for another sordid affair with a Z4
Having sold my 3.0si Sport e85 5 yrs ago and back into MINIs I’ve decided the time is right to have another zed; this time in e89 35i guise! :D

I’ve put my current JCW up for sale now I’ve decided I’ll be keeping the zed..
Here he is after a good solid detailing sesh:

My favourite colour - DSB  . Not a big fan of white interiors as I'd lose sleep over keeping them clean.
Is it a manual or DCT?
Great detailing job, nice and shiny 8)

I wouldn’t have chosen cream myself, but it’s cleaned up nicely, and have got the paintwork gleaming. There’s one or two bits on the paintwork I need to deal with but it’s looking respectable.
It’s the DCT box, which I’m having plenty of fun with! Got the zed from a forum member and so far so good! :)

Thanks everyone for the welcome back!

It’s made even worse by the fact I live on a muddy building site! My cars are carefully washed weekly, and filthy within seconds of driving!

Lovely motor and it looks like you've got it shining like a diamond in a goats ass :D

I too went from a 3.0 e85 the a 35i only four months ago and i'm loving it, so much so I've done 2000miles since ownership.
The DCT box is a lovely tool and you can have so much fun up and down the box making the car burble on the over run :driving:
