Hi Paul, beautiful Zed and am envious of the mods  My name is Sukhdev Sandhu (sukhi) I am from a Sikh background, in the Punjab we are from Amritsar (stones throw from the Golden Temple). But most ofj my siblings and myself were born in Singapore.
I used to live in Southall for 45 years, but now am in Northolt near the RAF station.

This is a really good forum the guys on here sure know their Zeds, and are very helpful to keep your Zed in tiptop condition.
I am a classic car enthusiast. I own a Triumph Stag, Fiat X1/9, AUDI TT, Merc, and WW2 Jeep.
I work on and mod my own cars. I rebuilt the Stag myself... did you know Southall has over 34 Stags! the infamous Tutti Nang gang drive most of them! here are a few pics.

I normally go to the Ace Cafe for Triumph and Motorbike meets but will be going to the next Zed meet when it takes place. Sorry I asked you about the number plate, thought you might have not been Indian and without realising about the number plate and what it signifies....well it was worth a try!  :-D
See you around

Hi Just wondering if you have ever had a pull from Mr Plod for your plates.
I have recently purchased a private plate and look similar to yours ,but been reading lately that APNR cameras and the Police are giving out FPN for illegal spacing on the plates. :(

The DVLA are charging exorbitant prices for personal number plates, surely they should give some leeway in how you display them, shameful!

I don't know if it is true but I heard some time ago that the DVLA can actually confiscate personal number plates which aren't displayed correctly or if they are made to spell something that it isn't. Also the black / silver plates are only legal if the car is older than a certain year?

Hi and welcome, car looks great, apart from the large double exhaust, feel the thinner quad would suit it better, but thats obviuosly personnel preference.
Regarding the plate i have been pulled by plod for miss spaced plate.
They took pictures of illegally spaced plate and charged me £60 .
Keep doing the mods its nice to see individual takes on how these cars should look.

You don’t “Own”the plate - you only have the permission to use it!
That permission can be withdrawn for misuse.
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.
