Hi All - just bought a 58 plate Z4 2.0 SE - only done 38k - looks and drives like new - only had it a week and keep finding excuses to take her for spin. My usual daily car TT hasnt had a look in since . Got a few upgrades in mind including new wheels with non run flats, ariel and gear knob, new mats . Done a few jobs already - restored cloudy headlights, cleaned / waterproofed hood, washed waxed and fitted s/s exhaust trim, ordered upgrade bulb and booked in for a full service at local indie bmw specialist.
Here are some snaps from when I bought the car - will take some more once I get some proper wheels on :)

Welcome to the forum, sounds like you know what you're doing regarding planned mods. Your Zed reminds me of my first one, although you've managed to find one of the lowest mileage examples - well done

Nice car. Looks good!

Out of interest, which headlight restorer kit did you use?

Hi Spreadsheet monkey used the turtle wax kit -around £10 from amazon - seemed to work well on mine and didnt need to use the sand paper blocks - cleared all the haze within about 5 mins of rubbing per headlight! And looks much better - there were 2 wipes in the kit that you are supoose to use after you have polished the lens - i think i didnt wait long enough for the base coat wipe to dry as when i put the final sealer coat on it didnt seem to work properly and was sticky to touch. Have washed the car since though and the lenses are still nice and clear - still got loads of the polish solution left and put the wipes in a sealed bag so could use again if needed
