Welcome from a fellow Coupe owner.

That's seriously low mileage - I hope you are going to put that right.

Hi
Thanks everyone. Seems in good nick too, though I’m no mechanic.
I’m in Harrow firebobby.
I’m hoping this will be a good forum on advice like maintenance and things. I’m debating whether to get an oil change now; it’s not due for a while but it’s not been driven much the past year..
There is a hairline fracture on one rim, so I think I’ll get that fixed and maybe get them all sprayed in black. What does everyone think of that colour combo?...

Well if you have some spare time there is a Z4 meet at the Ace Café on 22 September, so you might want to grab one of the last few places as you're only up the road! :)

So far as wheels go I can understand the temptation to go all black, but once they are black you can't really see what wheels they are! If you don't want silver, Shadow Chrome looks really good.

Mmm shadow chrome...I’m not far from DiamondAlloys so that cud be good...
As posted, I’m no mechanic so on starting the engine I listened out for a tapping/knocking sound, but seemed good. Is there anything else I should be listening for; happy to post a vid of it!
