Hello everyone

I've recently bought a Z4 Roadster (really wanted a coupe but couldn't afford it) so thought I would join your forum

The car is a 3.0 in lovely shape, needs some cosmetic work (usual scatches) and a couple of issues, mainly that the roof can take a couple of tries to get going.

I have carly from a previous car so have started to code some areas.

Id like to get it looked at properly by a mechanic but funds are limited so might do it myself, looking forward to learning lots and getting to know the car better

Welcome to the forum OP.

It sounds like your roof motor might need some attention - BMW put them in a daft place and they get wet! Depending on where you are there are a few forum members who can revive them, and more importantly relocate them into the boot to prevent future problems - it's much cheaper than a new roof motor from BMW!

Anyway we do like to see photos on here, so get some added! :)
Coupes because stunning!

Hi and welcome. 3.0 roadster gets my vote every time well done  get the top down (and if you've got heated seats its an all year drop top) and you might well wonder why you wanted a coupe - well apart form the roof line.

Enjoy your Zed

PS got any photos?
