Hey all!
3.0si Coupe in standard guise is an OK driving tool.. better than the 350z and TT.
However with a few tweaks the Coupe turns into something really good! You just have to be willing to chuck some money into the chassis department.
I see your list like so:
Z4 3.0 Roady = Good driving tool with a top down experience.
Z4 3.0si Coupe = Good driving tool but with a few tweaks turns into an awesome driving tool.
Mk3 MX5 = Too civilised of the MX5 range, still fun but slow!
350z = Too fat / heavy but is quicker than the Coupe in outright pace (straight line)
MK2 TT = Good point and shoot car, not so great in the twisty stuff, fairly quick / tunable in the outright pace deparment.
I would suggest driving all and making your own mind up.
However.. I will warn that the Coupe offers a driving experience like no other and once you're in one.. you won't know what else to go for..
