Newb for Australia

Post by esafaeian » Mon Jul 30, 2018 12:37 am

Hey Guys,
The name is Erfan, bought a z4 3.0si coupe recently and thought I'd just introduce myself and the car - would be great to hear from any Aus owners :D

I'm loving my car - I've had 2x s2000s, wrx's, v35/350/370zs and now the z4 coupe, it's my first automatic and probably the first car I bought mainly for the looks as I think it's probably one of the nicest looking coupes, I also like the rarity with only around 160 coupes released in Aus. Was a little scared jumping into my first Euro car after years of Japanese reliability but have gotten it serviced and hopefully the n52 won't let me down 8)

Car has done 127k km but engine looks spotless - hoping the n52 has plenty of life left in her :D

Ah! the city of churches. Nice place Adelaide and there's plenty of terrific roads up in the hills. I remember the Gorge Rd stage from a Classic Adelaide event many years ago, as a particularly invigorating drive.

Yeah some of the hills drives here are great and very scenic - I actually live right by Gorge rd in the foothills and have many nice drives to pick from :D

Welcome to coupe club international. Jesus they are rare enough here, but 1of 4 for sale!!! Good investment there me thinks. Forgot to add for those who have not read it, it's from ops write up on another thread.

Thanks mate, yeah there were only 4 for sale when I was looking (not including the 2 z4M coupes also for sale) so figured it's rare and likely to retain value better than the 370z I had.
