Heat gun and a shed load of patience, I'll see how easy it comes off but any issues and it will be going to a mates bodyshop.

I'll be putting up loads of pics before and after though :)

For a split second I was gutted there was a alpine white 3.0si for sale and I missed it.... I’m getting tempted to upgrade my alpine white 2.0 so this would have been perfect..... then saw the Phoenix yellow (also a great colour) so it wasn’t as bad lol! Great looking car.

What was the price if you don’t mind me asking?

My wife originally saw a yellow 2.0 and loved it so when we saw this in 3.0Si form it ticked the boxes. I really like the white but the yellow will look better so hopefully back to standard on Sat.

It was up for £6550 and we settled on £6000. Took money off for the wrap and rear tyres but to be honest I would have happily paid full asking if he never dropped it. Absolutely love the wee car already.

So today we picked up a rather nice 2006 3.0Si and so glad we were advised to try the bigger engine as the noise is amazing. :driving:

My wife had the drivers seat for the 150 mile drive back in glorious sunshine and when I took over for the last few miles it poured down but still brilliant fun.

I've a few things planned for the car but cant wait to enjoy it for the time being :D
I'm pretty certain this is the same car I spotted about 3 weeks ago, parked outside Costa Coffee in Fort William -
does the reg number end DHL?

Took that on 20th May on way back from the Skye meet, was that before you picked it up?

P.S if you want a bit more meat and burble from the exhaust give DuckLakeView a shout for one of the DLV modded back boxes, they are fantastic!

Cheers, i'll be coming to a few of the meets this year

The car is actually Phoenix Yellow but has a white wrap which is going to be removed tomorrow. I love the look of the white but keen to get it back to factory colour.

Just noticed that!
Yellow is "a bit out there" but its still a great colour and its more unique, will you keep the wheels black?

I'll see what it looks like with the wrap off, i have a few pics pre wrap and think it'll look good with the same wheel colour. One thing I've noticed is the dirt really clings to the wrap and because it's white it never stays clean.

Is the exhaust mods the same as the back box delete? Loving the noise of the 3.0 so far, the previous owner took both the sound filters out so it makes some racket when flooring it!!
