To newbie or not to newbie...
Hello everyone,
So even though its taken me just under 3 years to make my first 'newbie' post I am glad I am finally doing it. I have had my lovely 06 3.0SI convertible since around July of 2015 and have had an absolute blast with it. I love it to pieces and its been my daily driver.
So yes - I wanted to touch base with this forum properly because I have used it on numerous occasions for help and advice and I feel this is the best place to be when you need information on any aspect of these cars. I've enjoyed my ownership of the car so far and even though I sense I maybe coming to the end of my current relationship with the car I can see myself getting one again very soon....that being said its summer and I cant let go of the steering wheel just yet haha
I have taken some lovely pics of the car over the years but Ill just post up a recent one to kick things off - will hopefully post up a few more in due course. Thanks Mods and everyone contributing that makes this a great forum to be a part of as an owner of one of these beauties:

Welcome to the forum - it looks like you are making up for lost time!
3 posts in a day, out of 4 in 3 years!
But as you have said it is so helpful if you need tips or advice - or solutions to problems.
Try to keep your Z4 as long as possible, or you might regret not being able to listen to a 3 litre N52 engine being given the beans!

@Mr Tidy - Thank you very much & totally agree the sound of the N52 is really something especially with the top down - will certainly keep it till the end of Summer thats almost certain
@buzyg , Z4 COUPSTER, jamie_z4 - thank you all for the warm welcome - have to agree with the colour being one of the best for the zed - have been very happy with it.

Thanks paddy wright, Phoenixboy and RustyZ4 - I am currently looking to get my motor relocated to the boot - once that's done I will be using the zed as much as I can especially if we continue to have this type of weather - its awesome
