Roof motor relocation

Post by Res95 » Sun Apr 29, 2018 9:39 pm

Hi guys, new to the forum. Got my 3.0si '06 roadster a couple months ago. Just got the dreaded flashing red light! After trawling through the internet for solutions, I'm thinking the best and most cost effective would be to get the motor moved to the boot. I'm not sure what condition the motor is in, but I've heard a lot of the people that do the relocation, also manage to revive the motors anyway. Only problem I'm having is I'm struggling to find someone more local to me for the job. All are about 200 miles away from me, I'm at the point where I'm willing to do the trip, but I'd rather just see if there's anyone more local for me to go to. So if anybody knows anyone in Kent or surrounding areas to carry out the work it would be much appreciated.
Thankyou
