My 'new' car

Post by BeeEmm » Mon Apr 16, 2018 9:40 am

Hi,

In 2007 when I first saw a 2006 E86 Z4 I decided that one day, one day I would own one. I thought then that it might be in 2009, but it took a little longer. I bought this 2008 car on 8 April 2018, spent 2 full days machine polishing and adding a coat of ceramic sealant. I bought new wheels, have tyres on order and a new driver front wing arch liner. I love the car and want to keep it for many years.

Hi and welcome.

Looks as if the seats might have been swapped. If not the door cards have at least, as they have extended leather. Transmission tunnel doesn’t appear to be though hence my observation.

PS, the above isn’t a bad thing.

Interesting srhutch, I will try to investigate as the car only had one owner and was used by BMW as a demonstrator, so should not be too difficult.
