Found a Real Gem- 2003 3.0i
Happy to join the Z community and what looks like a GREAT forum!
After several months scouring the country for a one owner E85, I just picked up this very stock 3.0i right in my own backyard, with a build date of September 4, 2002. It was originally purchased and owned by an older gentleman whose wife said "he drove it like an old lady". Almost perfect condition, always garaged, all original, and only 45,200 miles. Runs really strong!
It came with all the original documents, original window sticker, original brochure and catalog, all maintenance records, etc. Also appears to have about every possible option available at the time.
It's gonna be a fun summer!!

Thanks everyone! Glad you let us Yankee Americans on the site-- looks like nearly all of you are UK folks. My mum was born in Winnipeg and our lineage (Cameron) is from Banff, Aberdeenshire, so I feel right at home here.
I owned a 1963 MGB back in the early 70's during the college days, so this has been a real kick and déjà vu. Obviously way more refinement but still has that great sports car feeling- nothing quite like it!
This thing still had the original run flats (16 years old) on the front if you can believe it that were hard as concrete! I was about to throw Michelin Pilot Sport 4S's on it, but after quite a bit of research, I decided to go with some Firestone Firehawks Indy 500's on front and rear. WOW, it's a NEW car!! Smooth, soft handling, and super grippy. Did a lot of research on these and for the price, what a deal. They have some great reviews so I thought I'd try them and I don't think I will be disappointed.
Tires and review here: https://bit.ly/2ujIEGM
I'm about to change out every fluid possible and also replace the Intake Boot Throttle Housing to Air Boot, as it has a bunch of holes in it and was the source of a "whistle" I could hear when I first drove it. I also thought I might as well throw in the new DISA valve (with titanium rebuilt parts) while I was there replacing the boot.
Also, I don't think this guy ever had it out in the rain- the top is immaculate and the motor is pristine- no rust, carpet in boot is new, and he kept the top's drain holes clean. So I feel pretty good about that! I'll try to keep it that way!
Anyway, a fun project car to preserve and pass on to the next generation..... and some nice summer evening drives in the Rocky Mountains for sure! I live only 40 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and Trail Ridge Road- going from 5,280 feet up to one of the highest paved roads in the USA at 12,183 feet of elevation. Some serious twisties!
