retrofitting a sat nav to z4
I want to fit a sat in my 2008 2litre z4 I have managed to find the part number 65509169175 ,I would like to know if this is the right screen to fit and what other parts I will need, I have read you have to mess about with the loom and also cut out the dash . its all a bit to much for me to take in .
I wonder if there anyone who can take the job on for me of course I will pay well ,any help appreciated.
Thanks Tony

Hi, this has been looked into before & from memory the opinion was it’s easier and less aggravation to sell your car and buy another with it already fitted

How about going for a single din pop-out screen head unit and add the sat-nav module?

I have done two of these, but at best you can get an X3 loom that can also be used.
There are a few more bits you need, but I assume you know that:
- Black plastic cover for the rear of the screen.
- Navigation computer for in the cubby hole between the seats.
- Navigation radio.
