Thanks all, couple of upgrades done
Rear boot lip spoiler
Callipers painted black
Tracker fitted
Dash cam fitted
Cruise control retrofit thanks to Daves updates (qudos)
Removed bmw useless car phone in central,storage
Salmon relays changed
Roof seals cleaned and gummifledged (keeping eye on these)
Black & silver kidney grills
Pro car cover
Solar charger point
Led internal bulbs
Sat nav updated - again following Daves threads
Next bits looking to do;
Footwell lights (wiring put in when I hardwired the dash cam)
Combox - researching
Dab - researching and would like to do it with bmw bits
Seal underneath as the car has been maintained but needs tlc
Private plate
Maybe upgrade sill plates
Anyone got other suggestions?

Could you elaborate on what you mean by this please?
Mine lives in a garage on a Ctek, but wifey's E85 sits in the car port and a simple to attach solar charger would be a good idea.

Hi
I bought this and some extenders to put on the garage roof and feed the wire through the wheel trim to enable the bonnet to close.
It seems to be making sure battery is at least keeping up with charge, sat a week or so and started first time. I can post some pictures if you like. (Unlike my company car which needed jump starting recently)
I have tracker and dash cam wired in to permanent feed

I do have a solar panel just big enough to maintain the charge, connected through the bonnet gap.
I wondered if you'd found a more elegant solution
