Changing my email provider and wondered how to change the mail address linked to the user name on here
Thanks. Never realised changing everything would be so much of a faff!

Click on your username top right and there option for control panel, it's in there!

I would recommend never using a providers email address, as next time you change providers you will have the same issue. Sign up for outlook.com or gmail.com instead, so it's not linked to your provider.

Or get you own domain name for a few quid a year and point where you like.
