Glitchy notification symbol

Not a big deal at all, maybe it only happens as I only ever use my iPhone to browse this site.
Basically the notifications globe doesn't show up all the time, it shows up eventually if I navigate the site, when I go to the forum home page it is there while the page is loading and then a split second later when it's fully loaded it's gone.
Anyone else get this or is it just my phone?
