Took relatives on a visit to Alnwick and saw a red 2.2 parked 4 cars away. Went and put a card under the wiper and the owner returned. A long conversation later and we found out it was his from new (had it 10 years) and didn't know of the Forum. Have invited him to our Newcastle hoons and he was positive about the card - we shall see.

I had to use one of my original design cards but feel the new ones on order, will leave a better impression.

Strangely i have been told i am a misanthrope on more than one occasion  i wouldn't disagree but i do make exceptions when it comes to like minded individuals who are probably like myself in a way but maybe don't realise it ?
For the rest of the world i have a very low tolerance threshold & have no trouble spending time on my own

Cheers Jim

Anyone else notice there seems to be more Zeds on the road?

Maybe it's the time of year or is it because they are more affordable?

Yeah I have noticed a few more round here since I bought my coupe that I hadn't clocked before; about 3 E89's locally, maybe 4 or 5 E85/6 roadsters, plus the rarer sighting of the "lesser spotted E86 coupe" in black last week. All in the last month. :driving:

Well it shows the Zed has good build quality - the early Zeds are still giving great service (and demanding a strong price if in good condition)
