Post by blunderthumbs » Sun Sep 20, 2020 10:55 pm

Help
Why can't I upload a photo to my Avatar.??? I keep getting the message " YOUR PHOTO IS 320 PIXELS WIDE
AND 240 PIXELS HIGH" ??
I can upload photos to normal posts on the forum but I can't upload a photo to use as Avatar.
What am I doing wrong ? :headbang:

Looking at my profile it says the avatar photo should be no larger than 120*120pixels and 49kb. So you may need to crop and resize.

MS Paint, now there’s a blast from the past! 😉. Is it still included in the latest versions of Windows? I moved to a Mac after the disaster that was Windows ME.

A blast from the past indeed - read your post and had to go and have a look :D
I've got something called Paint 3D installed. Opened it (for the very first time) it looks very similar to what I remember - Basic :)

Thanks for looking. Amazing that it’s still going. I think the last time I used it was in Windows 95. 😏

Perhaps that's useful like when you hit the delete tab and then think 'oh no' - you just squeeze the lever to stop the internet.
