Bought item from Phil known as Filkcs months ago but after countless excuses it never arrived, pmd him emailed him txt and phoned him but no joy. Now he is not answering me can anyone help

Did one of the admins not sort this a few weeks back?

This is very disappointing. I know you can’t vet people who join a forum but you do expect people in the Z4 community to show a bit of loyalty. My opinion!
Is there no redress for something like this if someone makes a purchase through the forum? Difficult I know but maybe if it’s proven then the individual should be barred if he refuses to fight his case and ignores requests to account for himself. Or herself, whatever the case may be.
I’m sure most who sell items through the forum are honest. Would be interesting to see the outcome of this case.
I see Filkcs was online this morning so maybe there will be a resolution very soon one would hope.
Some may say this is none of my business but as a member of the forum I think it is something that all members should be concerned about, especially when the purchase took place through the forum, if I am not wrong.
