Hi

Posted this in the newbies section as I guess its a standard (although when I did a search I got loads of attached pictures): How do I attached a picture in a PM please? I can see the 'picture' icon but this does not let me then 'browse' for the JPEG on my PC.

Many thanks

Some times you have to use the red 'post reply' button - top left of the thread rather than use the quick reply (no idea why this happens).

Then use the 'add file' button - its on the attachment tab (not options) bottom left of the text box you're typing in if you started in 'post reply' - you can then browse you PC / phone for the photo then click 'paste in line'

You can use the preview button to view your post with the image before submitting to check its all OK

Thanks Crazy Harry

Its not a thread though, its a new PM I am trying to send. I can see the user and clicked on their name which gives me the option of sending a PM or an email but neither appear to have the options you kindly posted (although I am a bit tired now so getting a bit slow!)

Hi, I don’t think you can send pics via pm’s. I’ve no idea why not? :?

I just tried it. You can simply add a link to an image hosting site and that works fine. Don"t think you can do it directly on the forum though.
