Thanks for the pep talk, however on a bad day I might just class this as spam and drop the ban hammer :poke:

Carry on then. I’m on many forums (much busier than this) and they rarely get spam. This I’ve noticed has lots.

Anyway if you’re gonna ban me go for it oh powerful one

Just think it’s charming there’s a threat of a ban for voicing an opinion

To be honest, I use the 'unread posts' facility when I'm on here, and spam stands out like the proverbial dog's doodahs.
It doesn't take more than a quick glance to spot them then simply move the mouse a few millimetres and click on something else.
I can't remember a time when I have come back and seen the same spam still there, so the mods seem to have a pretty good handle on it to me.

But I have to say, as a newbie myself, I would be seriously tempted to use 'please' and 'thank you', rather than 'c'mon'.

However it is meant, email is notoriously difficult to convey emotion on, and the mods, who I'm assuming are just normal human beings, with lives to lead outside of cyberspace, should be respected for the work they do on our behalf.

They don't have the luxury of venting their feelings on the forum, as they are constantly trying to set the right example. Give 'em a break please.
HQ of 'Norfolk Zed Rescue'.
Always happy to help if I can.

If the forum helped you, why not help the forum back. Thats the Z4 way!

The stick poking smiley you even responded to, anyway your attitude stinks tbh, so no big deal if you cant cope with a few spam posts.
