when does a noob stop being a noob ?

I have cracked off a few questions and comments and i got to wondering , when does a noob stop being a noob profile wise ? how do you get stars for instance ? i mean i have some apples .. do i have to promise i will be good ? no chewing gum on the teachers seat ? that sort of thing ? :poke:

2.0 - sold-ish
Mean Steve 3.0 se. Noisy with bits
post whore = cheap, easily available and up for most things.
